Founded in 2001, M.C Potteries is a leading pottery studio in Pune, known for its innovation in handmade ceramics and studio pottery. Every creation is crafted entirely by hand in our own studio—from clay preparation to wheel throwing, casting, and glazing—ensuring each product is truly unique. Our portfolio includes signature handcrafted ceramic washbasins, custom pottery for interiors, and bespoke ceramic artifacts, all blending precision with artistic imperfection.

 

At the centre of M.C Potteries is Mr. Naresh Kesharwani, a gold medallist in Fine Arts from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and a senior scholarship holder from the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT). With over 35 years of experience in ceramics and pottery, he pioneered India’s niche of handcrafted ceramic washbasins and continues to set benchmarks in the field.

 

Today, M.C Potteries operates two branches in Pune, functioning both as a production studio and a pottery training centre. Alongside customized pottery solutions, we run year-round pottery courses and workshops, making us a hub for learners, hobbyists, and future ceramic artists.
